Every venue has a customer control: how many customers it holds now, and a button showing how many more you can add and what they cost. More customers raise the venue’s income, and that income pays for the next upgrade and the next venue. The next step always costs more, so at some point your money does more at a different sport.
Each venue can also be automated. The AUTOMATE panel says what it takes: a named character at a given level, plus cash. For Touchdown Center, the football venue, in the third week that was Happy the Mascot at Level 1 and 2,000 cash. Requirements differ from venue to venue, so treat that as one example. Once a venue is automated it keeps earning while the app is closed, and you collect what it made when you come back. You play online, with events and leaderboards against other players.

Golf’s are Phil Fairerty, a golfer who loves fresh-cut fairway grass and hates sand, and Cat the Caddy, the most laid-back caddy you will ever meet. Characters are collected as cards and upgraded, and a comic-strip story runs through the game with a cast of commissioners, referees and paparazzi who make running a sports business harder than it should be.
